How it works
Purchase a qualifying product from a participating retailer between 17th May and 27th June 2019.
Submit your Claim within 30 days from making your qualifying purchase.
You will need to provide the below details:
- Purchase details
- IMEI Number (of your phone) or Serial Number (for your tablet, watch, memory storage device or earphones)
- Upload proof of purchase and image of IMEI/Serial Number
- Personal details
- Payment details (IBAN, BIC/swift code & account holder's name)

Your claim will be paid within 30 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
